Team Development Days
Reconnect and revive you and your team with a day (or two) focused around the Revive Space model. This is an impactful team-building experience focused on enhancing each members’ emotional intelligence competencies, self-leadership skills, communication, and overall to build culture. Through years of training, I have found that getting a full team on board before honing in on specifics makes long lasting change. When your team is brave enough to start being vulnerable and talking about real issues – that is when the magic happens, and the caring starts.

3 - 6 month intensive programmes
What’s YOUR version of peak performance and ultimate achievement? Four programmes on offer: ‘Mastery Of You’, ‘Master your relationship’, ‘Level Up Leadership’ (senior leaders) and ‘Level Up Communication’ (FLM, team leads and potential leaders).
Maybe it’s becoming a great leader, launching your business, becoming an ideal partner in your relationship, or finding your greatest purpose in life…Whatever peak performance means for you, get there faster with these 3 - 6 month intensive programmes. You will feel alive after doing this course and focuses on a blend of leadership, personal development, neuroplasticity and emotional intelligence.

Long-term Retainer-based Contracts (1-2 days per month)
This programme is designed to get deep into the revive space model and make long term change across an entire organisation. This is a journey to create sustainable change allowing for a solid foundation.
This includes everything from 360 reviews, surveys, leadership training, developing culture clubs, 45 minute revive sessions, building competencies overall, having difficult conversations in order to level up, adapting the environment, developing the brand, injecting positive vibes and so much more.

Keynote Speaker
I deliver high-impact science-based delivery but with a light-hearted presentation that will captivate a room. They will leave connected and inspired to bring joy to themselves and to their work –every day. All sessions can be delivered as a keynote virtually, live or as a training session.
In any of the following there will be “aha moments” —that powerfully create real results to immediately elevate your career or your self.
Choose between:
• “Master Yourself” - Self leadership and , neuroscience intertwined. A no-nonsense, approach, I will challenge you to look deep, learn the basics of the brain and move past the obstacles and excuses that block forward motion.
